Replacement Policy:

1. Eligibility:

  • After verification and confirmation, replacements are at the harrygoldenglitz.com Team’s decision.

2. Replacement Criteria:

  • Replacement eligibility is applicable to products that have packaging damage.

3. Conditions for Replacement:

  • The item needs to be undamaged and in its original packaging.
  • In its original packaging, that is.
  • Provide the receipt or other evidence of purchase as well (an email invoice is also acceptable).

4. Replacement Process:

  • If qualified, the replacement unit should arrive in 5–10 business days.

Refund Process:

1. Inspection:

  • We’ll quickly inspect the merchandise after we receive it.

2. Refund Status Notification:

  • We’ll give you a call or send you an email as soon as the inspection is over to let you know the status of your refund.

3. Refund Initiation:

  • If you qualify for a refund, the process will start and, depending on the Payment Gateway or Bank deadlines, the money will be returned to your original source account in 5-7 working days.
